The Application Process

To discover the right job for you, we have fine-tuned the application process. Our recruitment team breaks down your search into five easy steps.

Step 1: Initial Chat with a Internship Program Advisor

During this chat, our Program Advisor will answer any questions that you have about our Masa program.  This is also the time to share with us what exactly you are hoping to get out of our internship program in Tel Aviv.

Step 2: The Interview

During this interview, a Program Advisor will learn more about your career aspirations, strengths and weaknesses, what you’re studying, and previous work experience. At this point, we will also ask you to submit your resume so that we can review your work experience and qualifications.

Step 3: Registration Fee

Once you are accepted to the program, we will ask you to submit a registration fee of $350 (this fee is deducted from the full program cost.) We will also provide you with all the paperwork to apply for the Masa Grant, information about arriving in Israel and our program acceptance form.

Step 4: The Job-Hunt with Your Own Placement Coordinator

One of the things that makes our program unique is that career coaching is included as part of the package. Your placement coordinator will help you discover the best opportunities for your professional development. In addition, we will teach you how to optimize your resume, and cover letter, in order to land your dream job.

Step 5: Quality Assurance

During the course of your job, if you need advice on improving your work experience or have any problems, your employment coach will available to speak with you and your mentor. If you are not satisfied with your job placement, we will work with you to try to find a solution in your current workplace or try to find you a new one.
