Responsibilities include:
Production and standardizing of marketing materials
Developing and executing a social media strategy and enhancing the GLI’s online presence
Assisting with client communications
Creating reports and presentations
Tracking documenting projects and team activities
Requirements:
Advantageous if the candidate has a background in marketing, education and/or leadership projects. Should be a
creative, independent worker who is enthusiastic and solution orientated.
THE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE (GLI) was established in 2013 by the Jewish Agency for Israel to build the capacity of young adults to mobilize themselves and others to meet tough local and global challenges facing the Jewish People. GLI offers short, medium and long-term programs in Israel and around the globe, reaching 800-1000 learners a year. Leadership development processes at the GLI are designed for grass-roots activists, professionals and volunteers from North America, Israel, Europe and Australasia to deepen and strengthen their leadership impact back home in a fast-changing world. The GLI incorporates active learning models, primarily the Harvard-developed Adaptive Leadership framework. Methods range from in-person gatherings in global settings to residential programs to high-intensity seminars.
