Keepod is seeking an intern looking to make a real impact on people’s lives by taking up responsibility, managing your own projects, and getting Keepod into the hands of many. As project manager at Keepod, you will spearhead change by planning, implementing, and monitoring Keepod’s projects around the world. With your help and your capabilities, we can close the digital divide and reach the 5 billion people that don’t have access to personal computing
Keepod is a $7 PC with the ability to connect the 5 billion people, 70% of the world’s population, to personal computing and the internet. We are a social impact business, focusing on the empowerment of low income communities all over the world, enabling them to gain access to personal computing and most recent technologies. Keepod envisions a world where all people can access personal computing and the opportunities that come with it, and use these tools to independently create better futures for themselves and their community. The Keepod team currently consists of core team members, as well as additional project-based collaborators, volunteers, interns, and others. The team is united by a deep conviction in our vision, as well as confidence in our product to realize that vision. All team members are intrinsically driven to empower disadvantaged communities through technology and business tools, making it a very strong and passionate team.
