Responsibilities

• Review and undertake market and competitor research
• Undertake customer research
• Review and report on product performance indicators
• Articulate customer issues
• Identify market trends and opportunities
• Support the product manager in decision making and defining the roadmap
• Offer the sales and marketing teams the required technical knowledge that will assist them in selling the product

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, communication, marketing, computer science and other related field of studies – advantage
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Business and technology orientation
• Planning and organizing
• Fast learning skills, ability to understand technical concepts
