ModLi is looking for someone who is interested in doing customer research, market research, building marketing personas and more. The position necessitates strong research skills, analytical thinking, and extensive reading. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage. The aim of the research analyst is to provide Modli staff with a deeper understanding of the competition, and actionable insights for improvements in customer service, and marketing strategy.
