The fellow will be in charge of high profile international promotion campaigns. The fellow will be working directly under the Director of Marketing and Recruitment of Project TEN and will be planning special promotion weeks in strategic cities around the globe. The fellow will represent Project TEN in various events; will help organize recruitment projects in Israel and will be presenting Project TEN to various audiences as well as analyzing campaign performance and make recommendations for future enhancements.

Requirements:

• English as mother tongue
• Bachelor degree or higher
• Developed negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong personal skills and ability
• Willingness to work hard and take direction and also anticipate problems and their solutions without explicit guidance
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to compose correspondence and content materials

About Project Ten- The Jewish Agency

The Jewish Agency’s Project TEN is an international development program that operates volunteer centers in developing areas. They bring together young Jewish adults from all over the world, to a program that combines volunteer work with local communities, alongside service-learning in the fields of international development, culture, identity and Jewish activism. This program embodies the essence of Tikkun Olam while teaching Jewish leadership on the ground.
