The Customer Experience Team is one of our company’s main focal points, bridging the gap between our users and the Development/Product teams. Our Interns will be working closely with users, developers and product managers on various projects such as: Reproducing and solving technical issues, incorporating new features into the app, creating analysis reports, keeping touch with the Any.do community and helping the team efforts in achieving higher efficiency and client-satisfaction.
Being part of the team means working in a highly dynamic, technical environment with lots of different work aspects such as Customer Support, QA and Marketing.
Each request received by our team is unique and requires in-depth investigation on multiple devices whilst scanning through various data platforms. It requires patience and thinking outside the box, in order to deliver the best response to our clients.
Additionally, the team handles all client-related communication channels such as social media, community management, app reviews and content creation for various platforms. Depending on their background and interest, our interns are welcome to partake in all of the department’s activities. We encourage interns to find a work aspect that excites them, so they can spend any free time developing their own projects.
Requirements:
Native/ high level English, technical orientation, curious mind, problem solving capabilities and a positive attitude!
