We are seeking a creative, hands-on intern who is motivated to actively engage our customers and support them in their pursuit to gain access to personal computing with Keepod. As part of this versatile position, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the management of Keepod’s customer satisfaction process. You also will gain important practical experience in dealing directly with key business partners and consumers. By working to assure customers’ satisfaction, you will play a central role in our efforts to constantly improve Keepod and reach more people in bridging the digital divide.
