Start-up organizations are on the rise around the world and our social media strategy can help get these organizations off the ground. As a Start-Up Engagement Manager, you will focus on building our clientele within this sector through research, outreach, and creating marketing material that relates to entrepreneurs and start-up organizations. We highlight these organizations on our own social media outlets as well as keep up-to-date on apps, trends, and news within this field. Experience with managing online marketing and outreach campaigns is preferred. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

The position program is based on the belief that Jewish college students are interested in building their own strong online community and gaining skills, resources, support, and the training they need to flourish in the age of social media.
We are looking for interns to assist with our vision of assisting start-up organizations and individuals to build their own brand and develop and execute a successful social media strategy through storytelling. This position is a unique opportunity in which you will have the chance to learn how to use our unique social media strategy to enhance your own online voice as well as provide others with the tools to connect people across the world.
Interns are expected to have experience with social media on at least a personal level and preferably on a business level. They must be able to think strategically and use their skills and tools to incorporate social media in creative ways and reach new audiences. Interns will assist in formulating social media plans and then carry them out with staff assistance. They will track and record the impact of our social media activity, and then develop proposals on how to increase awareness. Interns will also assist the BOMAH staff in crafting social media workshops for participants visiting Israel from around the world and attend meetings with organizations.
Program graduates will gain tools to add valuable, real-time content on the web including video, tweets, and blogs to communicate a cohesive message to the public as well as interpersonal and networking skills.
