Israel Tech Challenge is searching for an Alumni Community Manager.

Interning at Israel Tech Challenge is a great opportunity to get real experience in the fields of Human Resources, Career Advisement, and more, as well as make connections with high-tech companies in Israel and with the next generation of brilliant technology minds!

Responsibilities

• Creating our first alumni survey in cooperation with the team
• Running the survey to our 300+ Alumni
• Managing the database
• Analyzing the data and creating a variety of reports about our community and its relationships with the tech industry in Israel and worldwide
• Joining Talent manager on visits to our current and past participants at different tech companies in Israel
• Helping with creating career advisement and assistance materials

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Interested in the fields of Human resources or social sciences
• Passionate about the tech industry
• A Microsoft Office wizard, other technologies – an advantage
• Tech savvy
• Excellent writing skills
• Responsible and fun to work with!
