MasaTech is a career relocation program, suitable for tech-smart individuals, whether your specialty is in software development, data analysis or marketing. Program costs:
Registration fee: $300
Placement deposit: $750
Contract signing deposit: $750
*Deposits are returned upon completion of 3 months of the program
Eligibility
The program is open to anyone between ages 21– 40.
Applicants must have a degree or equivalent qualification.
Applicants must have at least 3 years working experience in the relevant field.
This track is a paid job placement program in Tel Aviv with a starting salary of 14,000 shekels.

The Application Process
Step 1: Initial Chat with a Program Rep.
During this chat, our Program Advisor will answer any questions that you have about our Masa program. At this point, we will also ask you to submit your resume so that we can review your work experience and qualifications.
Step 2: Registration Fee
Once your resume has been reviewed and you are accepted to the program, we will ask you to submit a registration fee of $300. We will also provide you with the paperwork to apply for the Masa Grant, information about arriving in Israel and our program acceptance form.
Step 3: Meet Your Placement Coordinator
You’ll be assigned to one of our Placement Coordinators, who will ask questions about your career aspirations, strengths and weaknesses, what you’re studying, and previous work experience. After this discussion, you must pay the $750 placement deposit to advance with the placement process. This deposit will be returned to you after 3 months of completing the program.
Step 4: Let’s Get Started
After you’ve paid your placement deposit, we will connect you with a headhunter who will find you a job suitable to both your interests and skills.

One of the things that makes our program unique is that career coaching is included as part of the package. Your placement coordinator will help you discover the best opportunities for your professional development. In addition, we will teach you how to optimize your resume and cover letter in order to land your dream job.
During the course of your job, if you need advice on improving your work experience or have any problems, your placement coordinator will be available to speak with you and your mentor. If you are not satisfied with your job placement, we will work with you to try to find a solution in your current workplace.
