Your role will be Administrative Assistant Commercial Operations but duties may vary depending on the individual. Responsibilities will include assisting in office management, providing general administrative and clerical support, collating data and generating customer reports, assisting Finance Manager and Account Managers with various projects.
The ability to multi-task, managing projects and administrative support, is essential. The ideal candidate for this job is efficient, independent and well-organized. You will also need to be resourceful and comfortable being a member of a team. Fluent English is necessary, spoken Hebrew an asset. Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel, required.
