Sales Engineer

You’ll be working in conjunction with Sales, Marketing and Product Development Managers in all phases of the sales process. As the sales engineer and solution architect you’ll be evangelizing and demonstrating the technology, prospecting, defining and executing proof of concepts, and answering any technical questions surrounding Karamba Security solutions. In addition, you will be representing Karamba Security in industry trade-shows, which may include participating as a speaker in panels or in dedicated sponsored presentations.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle to drive opportunities
Develop interfaces with customers to determine technical requirements, projects feasibility and scope
Create technical presentations, sales pitch and trade-show presentations and communicate them to potential customers and partners.
Work closely with product development managers to bring customers’ requirements into the company’s product roadmap
Actively participate in sales calls involving complex technical requirements
Own the technical response for customer-driven bids and RFP/RFQs
Be able, in collaboration with other technical teams, to tailor and communicate architectures and custom solutions for specific customers’ needs
Requirements
Deep technical background and understanding of cyber security architectures and systems
Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills and a good understanding of the sales process
Excellent interpersonal skills
5+ years in a customer-facing role
Experience in responding to functional and technical elements of RFPs
Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel on a frequent basis.
