M 2 is looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve its goals. The Intern
will be a member of the team with key projects to oversee. The Intern will collaborate with out internationally based
team at all levels. The Intern’s insightful contributions will help grow and support the organization.
This position will provide skills, knowledge and training opportunities in the field of informal education and the non-
profit sector. Ultimately, the Intern will gain broad experience and should be prepared to enter a dynamic work
environment.
The Intern will be responsible for, but not limited to:
 Serve as support staff at one or two week-long seminars in destinations in North America.
 Research and develop resources to be used in hundreds of camps, youth movements, Hillel’s, Federations etc.
 Research and develop playbooks for M 2 projects, initiatives and faculty.
 Work with the education team to conduct research for seminars and trainings.
 Create reports and infographics from surveys by streamlining and aggregating data.

 Administrative support, as needed, including: working on our new database, marketing, recruitment…and more
as assigned.

Requirements:
The qualifications for this position include:
• Familiarity with the field of informal education with some experience in the field (e.g. camp, youth movement,
Hillel).
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Enjoys working hard and looks for challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
