The Customer Success and Quality Assurance intern will work with Betanet’s Development department and with customers, solving issues from quality assurance and customer feedback.

Betanet QA Intern main responsibilities are:
– Report and follow up with software issues
– Support technical issues raised by customers
– Analyze current processes and methodology to enhance efficiency
– Maintain customer feedback platforms
Requirements:
-Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
– Excellent English – a must.
– Multi-tasker and creative thinker
– Motivated self-starter
-Independent and fast learner
– Knowledge in team collaboration software such as Atlassian confluence, Jira – advantage
– Passion and determination to learn and grow
– Interest in the high tech industry
