The Partnerships Manager for Watch And Give’s is a strategic and strikethrough solution-driver who puts our clients at
the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a
consultative solution expert, and lead strategy and measurement to the US and French ecosystem. With a passion for
social impact, marketing and growth hacking, this role is responsible for building executional and functional
partnerships, using data and analytics to build comprehensive solutions for our customers, and driving revenue by
optimizing opportunities that deliver on client’s business objectives. Success in this position requires strong customer relationship skills, a focus on client service, excel at working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to
thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Customer Relation Expert: both brand and performance marketing
• Identify and reach new potential partners (Both Brands and Publishers)
• Identify, create, and implement Advertising solutions grounded on achieving measurable business
results for our partners
• Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving
product adoption
• Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Watch And Give solutions
• Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation
• Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against
KPIs
• Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
• Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
• Project Management and Internal Operations
• Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
• Understand and execute global marketing
• Drive and measure brand and performance metrics
Minimum Qualification
• High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in ambiguous environment
• Good relationship & communication skills. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively
in a team
• Ability to act as a consultative agent to a client, establish meaningful relationships and drive clients
to actions
• Project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high
attention to detail. You are able to prioritize your work, focus on positive impact and take initiatives. Ability to manage
complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details
• Demonstrated analytical thinking & data analysis that resulted in delivering actionable
insights/recommendations. Advanced Excel skills.
• Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills
Preferred Qualification
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry
trends (Direct Response marketing, funnel management, retention, data and technology solutions, ad-tech,
partnerships, CRM) is a great advantage
• Experienced working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies having
demonstrated leadership experience – Advantage
• Experience working effectively with cross functional teams and all levels of management – strong
Advantage
• Experienced working or volunteering for Non-Profit organizations – strong Advantage
