Aya and John are best known for their outstanding creations of light – artisanal, hand-crafted, custom fixtures drawing from every color of the spectrum.
Your role as a Marketing Assistant at Aya and John would involved working with their database to effectively market our products internationally. This position provides ample opportunity to learn and develop ones’ sales and marketing skills in an international market.
Requirements:
Aya and John is a lighting brand which markets handmade lighting fixtures all over the world. We design and manufacture our collection in a warehouse in Tel Aviv.
By trade, Aya and John are both industrial designers who have collaborated for over 20 years. John’s background was in wood until he discovered the wonder of epoxy resins and began exploring the endless possibilities of light, texture and color.
Aya, also an interior designer, brings a strong point of view for how to bring a space to life with light. And from this beginning Aya & John, the brand, was born.

Each light creation is skillfully made by hand with much consideration going into how the end product will live in someone’s home environment or business. The artisanal method is a time intensive process, allowing for careful thought and experimentation with colors, shapes and design elements. Each Aya & John fixture is a one of a kind treasure made with love. The philosophy is very much that “we are what we make”.
