About Top Israel Interns

Top Israel Interns is a prestigious provider of both semester-long and summer programs, for students & graduates from around the world. Our specialty is career development, and as a leading internship provider, we offer placements in virtually every field and specialization. In addition to top notch internships, our programs include a career advancement program (CAP) which equips you with all the practical tools you need to succeed professionally ie. resume writing, interview skills, career planning, personal branding and more. In addition to this, our programs also include Hebrew classes to give you the basic language skills you need to adjust to life in Israel. You are also provided with accommodation in luxury apartments located in the social centers of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, and are invited to attend multiple social events, activities, and tours to give you an authentic taste of living, working and socializing in Israel.

Masa Israel Journey is home to the widest variety of hand-crafted, long-term international experiences in Israel. Participants get: A life changing Journey; a lifelong professional and social network; and a generous subsidy.

Masa Israel, a public-service organization founded by the Prime Minister’s Office of the Government of Israel, together with The Jewish Agency for Israel, is the leading organization in the long term Israel experience space, and it sets the industry standard. Since its founding, over 110,000 young Jews (18-30) from more than 60 countries have participated in Masa Israel programs.

Masa leads this experiential educational effort with a diverse portfolio of 2-12-month study, service, and career development programs for young Jews (18-30). Masa Israel offers unique educational experiences beyond the scope of the participant’s main program, with a particular emphasis on excellence and leadership programming for qualifying participants. Masa’s transformational, authentic Israel experiences, among the best in the international experience space, empower participants to develop as individuals, while also developing a robust global professional network that includes Israelis and Jews from around the world. TEAM

Divon was born and raised in Jerusalem and lives in the village of Alon just outside of Jerusalem. When serving the IDF he was a part of an elite paratrooper unit and was head of a VIP protection unit. Divon established Sachlav (the parent company of RLI) in 1989 to share his love for Israel and the Jewish People with others. His enthusiasm for showcasing Israel to others is personified in his open-door policy that each program participant experiences first-hand.

Eliana was born in Pennsylvania, USA, and made Aliyah at age 5 with her family. She graduated with a degree in Psychology and Communications, and was head-counselor for 4 years at the Koby Mandell Foundation for Terror Victims. She has also staffed several Birthright Israel trips, and is now Program Director at Top Israel Interns.

In 1987, Dina Elman made Aliyah from St. Petersburg (after 7 years of struggling to leave the Soviet Union). Prior to joining the Top Israel Interns team, Dina was an employment consultant and coach in a variety of different organizations. Her passion and expertise is in helping new interns discover their inner vision, and choosing the path which will give them long-term career fulfillment. Dina's vast amount of connections across the Israeli economic and political landscape is unparalleled.

Danielle grew up in Teaneck, NJ and moved to Israel in August of 2011 as soon as she graduated Rutgers.  Since then, Danielle has gotten her Masters Degree from the Hebrew University in School Administration and Education Policy.  In addition to TII, Danielle works as a private chef and as the Director of Baseball in Jerusalem for the IAB.  Danielle loves sports, cinema, Music, tv, and dancing.

Yifat was born in Toronto, Canada and when she was 16 moved to Israel together with her family. She currently lives in Tel Aviv and is pursuing a degree in Political Science and Anthropology at Tel Aviv University. In addition to being a Madricha at TII, Yifat is coordinating a leadership delegation for young Israelis to a Jewish summer camp in Hungary, which seeks to educate high school students about the importance of Jewish peoplehood and cultural Judaism.

Anna is a biologist by profession and is now studying to become a tour guide- a "Madricha" by day, a bartender by night. She speaks Hebrew, German, English and Russian and is the coordinator for the Russian speaking Top Israel interns MASA program.
